Peter P. Perla, Jr. joined our firm after having worked as a labor and employment attorney at a major New Jersey law firm. Mr. Perla has extensive experience in counseling clients on workplace related issues in a variety of different areas, including issues arising under the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the Conscientious Employee Protection Act, Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, as well as matters involving New York and New Jersey Workers' Compensation.

Mr. Perla also has defended management in litigations and administrative proceedings involving a wide range of employment issues and has represented clients in New Jersey, New York, California and Florida state and federal actions. He also has extensive appellate experience at the state and federal level including, but not limited to, collective and class actions.

Mr. Perla received his B.A. Degree in English from the University of Delaware and earned his J.D. Degree from Western New England College School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York State bars.
