Jennifer C. Van Syckle joined our firm after having worked as a labor and employment attorney at a major New York firm. Ms. Van Syckle has extensive experience in counseling clients on workplace related issues in a variety of areas, including issues arising under Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.

She has also defended management in litigation and administrative proceedings involving a wide range of employment issues and has drafted numerous employment-related manuals, policies, and agreements.

Ms. Van Syckle has co-authored several publications on restrictive covenants under her maiden name Jennifer M. Chow. She is a member of the New Jersey and New York State Bar Associations.

She received her B.A. Degree in Political Science from Manhattan College where she graduated magna cum laude as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her J.D. Degree from St. John's University School of Law where she graduated cum laude as member of Law Review.
